理念

本培訓中心為公眾人士提供講座，推廣催眠治療及輔導知識，也邀請各界別人士參加本培訓中心舉辦的催眠治療及輔導培訓課程， A.C.H.E. 催眠治療證書課程乃其中之一。我們的理念是透過提供嚴謹的催眠治療培訓，將催眠的好處帶給社區，而成功畢業的同學們 ，不但對人生有洞見，提升自己的人生，更學以致用，幫助自己，然後幫助別人。

課程設計的重點：

現今心理及情緒治療一個流行的說法是，需要走整合方向才能徹底幫助人恢復身心健康。這並非錯的說法，但更重要的是要掌握最重要的核心，掌握了它，就掌握了一切。否則，人只會忙於學東學西，迷失方向，學了的知識仍無法治療人的心理和情緒。

人的潛意識是一切信念、價值、情緒的寶庫。處理了潛意識，就處理了心理問題。

我們的課程以「潛意識」為根本，我們教授的心理情緒治療方法，始於「潛意識」，也終於「潛意識」。過程中我們結合運用多種不同導向和介入手法，處理「潛意識」，治療情緒心理問題。

一切的吸引力法則，如沒強健的心靈，所有都只會是徒然。

一切的必勝及致富之道，如沒解決原生家庭帶來的創傷，所有都只會是空談、不設實際。

我們由處理人的「童年創傷」入手，處理一切情緒問題的源頭，消除阻礙你人生的關卡，使你能勇往直前，真正發揮到你的自我。

課程目標

本課程與其他課程最大不同之處，是以治療方向為本。面對現今社會各種各樣的壓力，人容易陷入情緒困境。因此，本培訓中心致力提供課程，讓你學習後，即使不一定要成爲全職催眠治療師，但你仍能夠應用所學的催眠治療技巧，伸出援手，幫助有需要的人，可能是你家人、朋友，甚至你的學生、clients 或你牧養的會友。

課程特色 (Special features)

1. This is a professional training and therefore the course is NOT about hypnosis BUT about HYPNOTHERAPY [此課程為培訓專業催眠治療師，因此，提供的訓練並非關於催眠，而是催眠治療].
2. It will be a small class of no more than 8 students, so that individual supervision and guidance on practical skills can be provided to each of the students [本培訓中心堅持小班教學，學生人數不多於 8 人，務求導師能對每位同學作出個人督導及指引].
3. Life-long support will be provided in form of consultation and advice on hypnotherapy from our instructor in your future career [本培訓中心為畢業同學在日後的事業中，就催眠治療的問題，提供終身支援].

課程結構 (Class structure)

本培訓中心提供小班教學，培訓時數200小時（詳情將於會面時講解）。所有培訓在本培訓中心進行，有講課及實習，以及導師在堂上即場示範。學生也將獲提供真實個案於課堂上鍛鍊情緒治療技術，由專業導師全面指導。學生必須出席起碼80%課堂，始獲批准參加評核試。考試分筆試及技術試。考試由美國催眠醫師考試局的認證考官主持及評分。講課、實習及個案報告均以廣東話進行。

課程對象 (Who may join?)

1）解決你內心糾結多年的問題、童年創傷及原生家庭關係；或

2）改善你個人的覺察力和直覺，提升身心靈素質，生命轉化，並幫助你的家人朋友及其他身邊的人；或

3）打算創業或進一步提高你現時在職場中的處理能力和技巧，為別人提供專業協助，加強處理精神及情緒健康的能力，發展精神及心靈，學習豐富的技術和方法協助你的當事人及受助者，

請即參加本課程！本培訓中心歡迎所有神職人員、老師、社工、輔導員、護士、NGO 專業人員及一切從事心靈關顧的朋友參加。

證書 (Certification)

A.C.H.E. 催眠治療證書課程成功畢業者，可獲頒授以下兩項證書：

1. 美國催眠醫師考試局認可的《A.C.H.E. 催眠治療證書》；及
2. 澳洲授權並獲香港心理衛生會認可的《精神健康急救證書》。[有關精神健康急救詳情，可參考 https://mhfa.com.au/]

註 1：本培訓中心乃暫時香港唯一同時頒授A.C.H.E.畢業生這兩項證書的學院。

註 2：如同學選擇不參加考試，只要完成所需功課要求，也可獲本培訓中心頒發上課證明。

Mission

Our Centre provides seminars for the general public to promote the knowledge of hypnotherapy and counselling. We also invite members of public to join our different kinds of hypnotherapy and counselling courses, one of which is the A.C.H.E. Hypnotherapy Certificate Course. Our mission is to promote the benefits of hypnotherapy and bring it to all walks of life. Our aim is that students who have attended the A.C.H.E. Certificate Course will make good use of hypnotherapy to gain insight in their life and further any human endeavor they wish.

Aim of the Course

One of the main differences between our A.C.H.E. Hypnotherapy Certificate Course and the other  hypnotherapy courses found in Hong Kong is that we focus on “therapy” as the crux of the entire training. Hong Kong people have been under lots of stress in different aspects of life and easily fall into the plight of emotional distress. The problem is worsening as can be seen in the situation which our next generation are faced with today. You may not wish to become a full-time hypnotherapist, but having been trained in hypnotherapy, you will be able to reach out to people in need to help them professionally and effectively. Those in need may probably be your family, friends, students, clients or religious community.

Class structure

We provide a small-group class with a total of 200 training hours (Details will be explained in the interview). All sessions will be conducted inside classroom, with lectures and practicum. Students will be provided real cases to study and practice in class, with the full guidance of the course instructor as well as the instructor’s demo of the core skills. Attendance of 80% required before students are permitted to sit for the examination. Examination will be in two forms, i.e. paper exam and practical exam. The appraisal of the examination will be conducted by the Designated Examiner of the A.C.H.E. The medium of instruction for Class lectures, practicum and case reports shall mainly be Cantonese language, aided with English.

1. If you wish to resolve the issues that has upset you throughout the years, or treat the childhood trauma or heal the problems arising from your primary family; or
2. If you wish to develop your awareness and intuition, promote health and well-being, discover your negative mental patterns and how they affect you, and re-educate and reprogram your sub-conscious mind, and you wish to help others to do the same; or
3. If you wish to start a new career or enrich your current career, by providing to others professional help in mental and emotional health, psychic and spiritual development and creative and educational endeavors;

Then please come and join us! We welcome pastors & ministers, teachers, social workers, counsellors, nurses, NGO workers and all other spiritual caregivers.

Certification

Students who have successfully passed the examination for the A.C.H.E. Hypnotherapy Certificate Course are entitled to the following two certificates:

1. A.C.H.E. Hypnotherapy Certificate; and
2. M.H.F.A. Certificate [Hong Kong](for introduction of M.H.F.A., please visit: https://mhfa.com.au/ ]

Note 1: Our Centre is the first institution in Hong Kong which awards qualified A.C.H.E. students these TWO certificates.

Note 2: If a student chooses not to sit in for the exam, he/she may still be granted our Certificate of Completion on condition that he/she has completed all the coursework requirements.
